Hi, I’m Sheila. Most people call me Melle.

I’m a creative virtual assistant, blog writer, resume fixer, Google Sites builder, and AutoCAD drafter. I’m also a Civil Engineering graduate, based in the Philippines, working with small businesses and solo clients across Australia and beyond.

I’m a quiet worker. I’m not the type who’s loud in meetings or confident with public speaking. I’m not great at reporting or being on the spot. I get nervous in big groups. But I’m steady, focused, and I get the work done on time, and sometimes even earlier.

I’m the kind of person who’d rather be behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly.

I try new things often, especially when it comes to tools and workflows. I’m curious by nature and enjoy learning better ways to do the work I’m already doing. I like systems that make things clearer, not harder.

And on a personal note, I love singing when the echo in the room is good. I like quiet mornings, clean layouts, and checklists that actually get checked off.
