At Work With Melle, I aim to make every project smooth and fair. Please read this policy carefully before booking a service.
1. Refunds
Refunds are not available once a project has started.
If a project has not yet begun and you wish to cancel, you may request a refund of your deposit (if any).
If work has already started, payment made will cover the work completed up to that point.
2. Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible.
You may pause or reschedule a project with prior notice. Any new timeline will be agreed upon together.
3. Revisions
Each service comes with a revision period, which will be discussed before we start.
Revisions are included to make sure you’re happy, but must stay within the agreed project scope.
4. Changes in Scope
If you request extra tasks or major changes beyond the original agreement, this may require additional payment and time.
5. Service Commitment
I put care into each project and aim to deliver work that meets your expectations. However, because every business is unique, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes (such as sales, rankings, or engagement).
