By using this website or booking a service with Work With Melle, you agree to the following:

1. Services Offered

I provide the following services:

• Content Writing

• Marketing Virtual Assistance

• Google Sites Design

• Email & Funnel Design

Details of your project will always be confirmed before we start.

2. Payments

• A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins.

• Payment methods will be agreed upon in writing (usually PayPal, bank transfer, or other secure options).

• Refunds are not available once a project has started, but projects may be paused or rescheduled with notice.

3. Revisions

• Each service includes a set revision period, which will be discussed before we begin.

• Revisions must stay within the agreed project scope.

4. Copyright & Ownership

Once your project is finished and fully paid:

• You own the final work.

• For websites: you own the design but may not resell or redistribute it unless agreed beforehand.

• For written content: ownership depends on our agreement.

• I may showcase your project in my portfolio unless you request otherwise.

5. Communication

• I communicate mainly through email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.

• I typically reply within 1–2 business days.

6. Cancellations & Changes

• If you need to cancel or change your project, let me know as soon as possible.

• Extra requests or major changes outside the agreed scope may require additional payment.

7. Liability

I aim to provide high-quality services, but I cannot guarantee specific business results (such as sales, rankings, or engagement). Final responsibility for how you use the work lies with you.

8. Updates

These terms may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be posted here.
