• Emails, messages, and invoices related to our work

• Basic website analytics (such as which pages are visited)

How I use it

• To reply to your enquiry

• To provide the services you book (Content Writing, Marketing Virtual Assistance, Google Sites Design, Email and Funnel Design)

• To send quotes, invoices, and updates

• To improve my website and services

I do not sell or rent your personal information.

Who I share it with

I only share your information if:

• You ask me to

How I keep it safe

I use secure platforms and take care to protect your files and details. No system is perfect, but I do my best to keep everything safe.

How long I keep it

• Enquiry emails: up to 12 months

• Project files: up to 24 months after completion

• Invoices/records: as required by law

You can ask me to delete your files earlier unless I need them for legal reasons.

• Request corrections or deletion

• Opt out of optional updates
